Damages + Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt (or no longer than 10 days of receiving the goods) + contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right. Please quote your order number + send through a picture of the product.
Exceptions + non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure the product is in good condition + only slightly sampled (less than ¼ used).
Email email@example.com quoting your order number + briefly explaining why you have sent it back.
Instructions for return:
- Place the product in the box you received it in
- Post and address to tussle, 75 Nelson Street, Annandale NSW 2038
- Include your order number inside the box + the reason for your return so we can track your order + payment method.
Please note, when you return your tussle, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Where does tussle ship?
We are an Australian-based company that ships nationwide. You will receive an order number at checkout + an order confirmation email shortly after. You will be able to track your order’s progress using your order number.
Does tussle ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia, but we would love to hear from you – tag us on Instagram at @tussletogether + let us know where you’d like to get your tussle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 11am on a business day will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be packed + sent the following business day. Orders will typically take 3-5 business days to reach you.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping rate of $10. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15. A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
