Yes. Playmate is also vegan-friendly.Do you offer subscription services?
Yes, you can subscribe. When you select your product, choose “subscribe and save” to subscribe. A one-time discount price of 15% is available to new subscribers only. Recurring orders will be automatically charged at the usual RRP.We’ll store your payment details securely and you’ll be automatically charged for your deliveries every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account dashboard. You can also modify your subscription at any stage.

Our 100mL bottles are made of 30-100% post-consumer-recycled PET material (PCR). We like it because it’s fully recyclable and light, making our shipping more carbon efficient. We look forward to using 100% PCR in the future.

Playmate has a thick, non-drip, non-sticky, jelly-like texture – made from gentle, plant-based ingredients.What is the pH balance?
Playmate has a pH balance of 4.1-4.4.What’s in the formulation?
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera) – a plant extract ideal for sensitive skin.Phenoxyethanol*
– a non-irritant preservative that helps to protect the product’s shelf-life.Lactic Acid* – lactic acid naturally occurs in the vagina. We use it in Playmate to help maintain the vagina’s natural pH.
Benzoic Acid* – a compound that helps protect the shelf life of Playmate and prevents
microorganisms from growing in it.Dehydroacetic Acid* – a compound that helps protect the product’s shelf-life.
Xanthan Gum – a plant-based gum derived from fermented glucose, lactose, and sucrose.
Adds to Playmate’s bouncy, jelly-like texture.*These preservatives appear in our products at the lowest possible concentration.
Will it give me a rash?
Playmate is a gentle formulation paired perfectly to your vagina’s pH levels. The active ingredient is aloe vera, a plant extract that’s ideal for sensitive skin and assists with hydration. Playmate is free of parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals,
synthetic flavours, glycerin, chlorhexidine gluconate, fragrances or colour, BPA, and spermicides and was designed with a chemist to ensure safety of use. Check with a doctor if irritation occurs.Why is Playmate better than other lubricants?
Playmate is free of ingredients that don’t belong in the bedroom – crafted in partnership with an independent, Australia-based chemist. It’s gentle and aligned with your vagina’s pH levels. It’s also beautiful to look at. We hope you feel proud using it.How much should I use?
Just one pump and it dispenses the perfect amount. You can reapply if you like.Will it damage my sex toys? Playmate is safe to use with toys and devices. Use your discretion.
Will it impact sperm?
Playmate will not impact your sperm. We never include any spermicides in our products.Will it stain my sheets?
Playmate will not stain your sheets at all. Tried and tested!How do I wash it off?

What is Extra Virgin?
Extra Virgin is an oil-based lubricant, made with unrefined coconut oil, jojoba oil, and castor oil.Can I use Extra Virgin internally?Yes, you can use Extra Virgin internally.
What about with condoms and sex toys?
Extra Virgin is not suitable for latex, rubber condoms, silicone toys or any PVC materials.Is Extra Virgin edible?
Yes.What is the texture like?
Extra Virgin has a naturally slick texture. It is designed to be a bit grainy at first due to the natural oils – just gently massage between your fingers to smoothen out.What’s in the formulation?
Extra Virgin contains rich, moisturising oils like unrefined coconut oil, castor oil, and jojoba oil. Like the natural form of unrefined coconut oil, it transforms
with friction and becomes looser as it glides on the skin.Here’s the full ingredients list: Cocos Nucifera Seed Oil Fixed (Coconut) Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Castor Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil Fixed (Jojoba Oil), DI-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Bisabolol.

In general, oil-based lubricants should not be used on sex toys.Regardless of the sex toy material, oil-based products (including lubes, creams, and massage oils) can coat your toy, and the only way to get the oil off of them is by using chemicals that aren't going to be friendly to either your toy or your body.
Basically, keep oils away from your sex toys.

Because Extra Virgin’s main ingredients are natural oils, it can stain sheets or leave residue on your pillows. However, it won’t leave more residue than had you moisturised yourself post shower with any oil- based product. That’s why some like to either lay an extra sheet down or decide to use Playmate (our water-based lubricant) instead.How do I wash it off?
Like any oil product, you will need to wash it off with soap.How often can I use Extra Virgin?

You will receive an order number at checkout and an order confirmation email shortly after. You will be able to track your order’s progress using your order number.How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Orders placed before 11am on a business day will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be packed and sent the following business day.For orders sent Australia wide, orders will typically take between 2-8 business days to reach you via parcel post. However, you can select Express Post, which takes 1-2 business days.

reasons:1. Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us or to the incorrect address.
2. Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

What is the return policy?
Please inspect your order upon receipt (or no longer than 10 days of receiving the goods) and contact us immediately at hi@tussletogether.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please quote your order number and send through a picture of the product and how it was received.Are there exceptions to the return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure the product is in good condition and only slightly sampled (less than ¼ of product used).How do refunds work?
If your return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your returned product for refunds to be reimbursed/credited. Please note,
original shipping charges will not be refunded.How
can I start a return?
Email hi@tussletogether.com quoting your order number and briefly explain why you have sent it back. Once you hear back from us:Place the product in the box you received it in, and post to: Tussle: 75 Nelson Road, Annandale NSW 2038.
Include your order number inside the box and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.
Please note, when you return your Tussle, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
How can I track a return?
